Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions attached to this (“Agreement”) have been entered into by wanetapp, a limited liability company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Saudi Arabia”) under commercial license number 000000000000000 with the principal address at ………… …………………., …………………., (“wanetapp” ), and the legal entity as set forth in the Application Form (the “Partner”), (each a “Party”, together the “Parties”). Together with the terms and conditions attached to this Agreement, this Agreement governs Subscriber’s access to and use of the wanetapp reservation system, online reservation network and related services (the “Application”). Any terms used but not defined herein will have the meaning given to them in the Application Form.

 

1. Grants
1.1 wanetapp.

WanetApp Subscriber grants WanetApp a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform to (i) manage guest services at the Venue(s), and (ii) access WanetApp’s online reservation networks, and activate Subscriber’s Premises and to allow Online Users to create online reservations during the term of this Agreement (“Subscription”). The Subscription includes any changes to the Platform made available to the Subscriber by wanetapp at no additional cost (“Update”). Updates are applied automatically to the platform. The subscription extends to any employees of the Site who are authorized to use the Platform (“Users”).

grants wanetapp the right to use its place names, restaurant description, photos, menu, online reviews, and similar identifiers (“Restaurant Description”) on the Platform to facilitate the creation of online reservations through its Google Play & iOS Stores, Mobile Apps, Items User interface that integrates with or third parties that provide reservation management, online reservations, or related services.

2. Services
2.1. supports.

As part of the Subscription, wanetapp will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly resolve issues with the Platform that have been reported through the Support feature of the Platform or via email to info@wanetapp.com.

 

2.2. training.

wanetapp provides up to three (3) hours of virtual training on the platform as part of the implementation. Personal training may be available for an additional fee (and travel costs).

 

2.3 Application.

wanetapp will configure the platform (“Implementation”) for each venue(s) as provided in the Application Form. Implementation includes account setup and provisioning in wanetapp and activation of online reservations on wanetapp reservation networks.

3. Intellectual property
3.1. Platform information.

wanetapp retains all right, title, and interest in the Platform and the performance of the Platform, including response times, load averages, usage statistics, activity logs (collectively, “Usage Information”), usage information, and any derivative works thereof.

 

3.2 Subscriber Information.

Subscriber owns all right, title, and interest in, and is solely responsible for, any location information uploaded by Users to the Platform or otherwise made available by Subscriber to wanetapp under this Agreement (“Subscriber Information”). For clarity, Entrant Information includes the names and contact information of Venue Guests, the date and time of reservations, purchases, payment information, and reservation details for such Guests (“Guest Information”), along with Venue photos, floor plans, table configurations, and other layouts. If multiple Subscriber Locations are managed, or subsequently managed across the Platform, Guest Information from each location will be available to all users in all other locations, subject to the access rights of those users.

 

Subscriber grants wanetapp (a) access, during the Term, to use Subscriber Information only to provide the subscription for the performance of the Services and for routine archiving records, and (b), o use aggregated, non-personally identifiable information derived from Subscriber Information, including Guest Information, to improve the Services or develop Offers new or for other legal purposes. wanetapp may have independent access to certain Subscriber Guest Information or other Subscriber Information, and nothing in this Section 3.2 limits wanetapp’s right to use such information.

 

4 payment options.

You may choose to automatically charge the fee either via an accepted credit card or ACH (“Auto Payment Options”), at no additional charge, by providing your payment information for any of the Auto Payment Options, you agree that we will charge you a fee for all of it Fees, as indicated on the Order Form, when they become due to us (“Automatic Fees”) and you agree to update such payment information. for an additional fee,

4.4 Changes.

wanetapp may change the terms of this Agreement, its fees, and billing practices and upon written notice posted throughout this page as set forth in Section 8.2, provided that (i) any previously paid fees will not be affected by such change and (ii) in the event of any price increases You will have thirty (30) days to decline any change by providing a written notice of termination to wanetapp. If you do not provide written notice of termination within this 30 day period, you will be deemed to have agreed and accepted such changes.

 

4.5 Late Payment.

wanetapp may assess a late payment fee of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month on late fees until payment is received in full. In addition, if the Subscriber fails to pay the late fee within five (5) days of the notice of late payment, wanetapp may suspend his access to the Services and/or the Platform until payment is received
